  2. 2.Your browser will download a file called ConnectWiseControl.Client.exe
  3. 3.Click the downloaded file at the bottom of your browser (or find it in your Downloads folder)
  4. 4.If Windows asks "Do you want to allow this app?" β€” click Yes
  5. 5.A small window will appear β€” you're connected! Our tech can now see your screen

Mac

  1. 1.Click Connect to Remote Support above
  2. 2.A .dmg file will download β€” open it
  3. 3.Double-click the ConnectWiseControl app inside
  4. 4.If macOS says "unidentified developer" β€” go to System Settings β†’ Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway
  5. 5.Grant Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions when prompted
  6. 6.You're connected! Our tech can now see your screen

  1. 1.Download ConnectWise ScreenConnect from the App Store
  2. 2.Open the app
  3. 3.Tap Join Session
  4. 4.Enter the session code our tech gives you (or tap the link we send)

Yes. The connection is fully encrypted and you can see everything we do on your screen. You can disconnect at any time.

Do I need to install anything?

A small temporary program downloads when you connect. It doesn't install permanently and you can delete it after.
